Our Story
Vadis was founded in 2016 and is dedicated to assisting people in their business journey. Whether progressing a career or taking a business to the next stage. Vadis is a network of experienced professionals who bring knowledge and experience to the structures, systems, people and processes required to make the transition.
Founder Patrick Maingard has had experience as a working director of an SME, and was a local director of a multinational private business. He has also been a non executive director of a public company and an executive director of a publicly listed (ASX) company. Accordingly, the breadth of experience, knowledge and wisdom gained is very helpful in giving insight into specific situations.
Patrick is a trained mediator, has a Masters degree in management from Oxford University, and is currently a non executive director working in both Australia and Africa.
The Vadis model is to build a team around the client, not presenting one team to all.
